What do you dislike about HIPAA Claim Master?

As it makes my task very easy, I don't see any negative side of this tool. However, earlier it used to take a little bit more time to load, but now opening & closing the form is seamless. It would not be wrong if I say, now it flutters like a butterfly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
