Given the wide range of features available, the frequency with which it is used could be seen as a reflection of its usefulness. **What do you dislike about High Five?** There is nothing to complain about. It works exactly as expected and performs perfectly well. **What problems is High Five solving and how is that benefiting you?** Social interaction among colleagues is encouraged, and we are able to acknowledge those who deserve recognition. ### 2. Also highfive can easily integrate with products like Google Calendar, outlook and slack which makes it very easy to work with it. **What do you dislike about High Five?** Whenever I have to invite some person from outside the organisation to join video conference, they find it very difficult to join the meeting as interface is not very user friendly. Also when a lot of people join in , let's say 100, then there is audio and video quality lag seen and performance takes a hit. **Recommendations to others considering High Five:** I would say if there are business requirements and you need to connect frequently with people across the globe, then you can blindly go for their services as high five is an established player in the market and has been serving greatly to their customers. **What problems is High Five solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems related to video conferencing with high five. Whenever we have to do any meeting let's say business meeting then this product comes in really handy . Also it hosts the video in cloud which have expiry of an year , that makes it very good for business use. ### 3. With High Five, I have been able to SECURELY interview prospective employees and families. High Five has always performed well with no delays in video or audio. High Five is easy for our families to use and prospective employees to access and also gives information about entering interviews by phone. With High Five, I can easily send invitations out to everyone. High Five has been a great help during COVID for staying in touch with coworkers, doing staff supervision, and conducting interviews. I have been very pleased with High Five's ease of use and reliable performance! **What do you dislike about High Five?** Sometimes there may be a download for those who use their phones. I don't have a problem with this, but some applicants have mentioned it during interviews. **Recommendations to others considering High Five:** High Five is a great place to have online meetings but is limited in the number of participants that can meet at one time. For this reason. our company has decided to discontinue the use of High Five and adopt Microsoft Teams. Although I felt that High Five was a better site as far as audio and video, our company still has decided to go with Teams. **What problems is High Five solving and how is that benefiting you?** WE are able to meet safely, without fear of transmission of COVID. High Five also keeps our offices free of visitors and safer for our participants. ### 4. It is a robust suite of meeting room solutions best suited for small and mid-size businesses. It provides a platform for employees to communicate and share information with other employees, managers, and colleagues. It enables presenters to start and manage meetings from phone, tablet, or laptop. It allows them to share the screen with their colleagues remotely through windows, Linux, Mac, and Android devices. **What do you dislike about High Five?** One drawback is that strong internet signals are required to use the software and glitches when internet signals are weak. Sometimes, meetings get interrupted without any reason. It is quite pricey. It needs to lower the prices to be more accessible for the organizations. Sometimes, the hardware overheats and malfunctions. The setup is not easy and it is hard to get the link at first. Sometimes, it delays audio and screen images going through the meeting. **What problems is High Five solving and how is that benefiting you?** It offers hardware components to users that can be purchased separately from the website and can be integrated with the solution. Hardware components include a microphone array, camera, and high-fidelity mics. The audio and video quality is great. One amazing feature is that it hosts the recording in the cloud and does not occupy your space. It holds the recording for one year. The mobile application also works great. Various teams can communicate easily with each other. It allows you to record and share meetings with others. ### 5. The connections seemed to work well. **What do you dislike about High Five?** It was not as straightforward and user-friendly as I would have hoped.
