It brings ATS, CRM, project delivery, timesheets, expenses, HR and operational reporting into one shared workspace. WHO IT IS FOR Hice supports general business consulting, IT and digital consulting, HR advisory, executive search, staffing and Time & Materials teams. It also fits engineering firms, legal and accounting practices, and other professional services businesses managing people, client engagements and billable time. FROM CLIENT OPPORTUNITY TO DELIVERY Connect client companies, contacts and opportunities with candidate records, CVs, recruitment pipelines, consultant assignments and projects. Keep allocations, rates, approved time, costs and billing data connected rather than reconciling separate tools. CORE CAPABILITIES • Candidate database and ATS: CV parsing, semantic search, candidate matching and recruitment workflows. • CRM: client companies, contacts, commercial opportunities and relationships. • Projects and staffing: engagements, consultant assignments, availability, deadlines and renewals. • Timesheets and approvals: record worked time and route approvals to the responsible people. • Expenses and HR: expense reports, receipts, leave requests and approval workflows. • Reporting: project margins, team utilization, KPIs and aggregated exports ready for invoicing through your accounting system. The browser extension saves individual LinkedIn candidates, contacts and companies with a preview and confirmation.
