1. the bank transfers took awhile to understand and in the end we still saw unexpected fees which made us wish we increased our ticket price

2. reporting and analytics need more development; although they have a good amount of data, it's spread across multiple reports that live in different places s would like to see them combined into one data set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
