## heylogin Reviews
 ### 1. HeyLogin Makes Passwordless Login Feel Natural, Fast, and Secure

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel S. | Professor of Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

What I like most about HeyLogin is that it actually delivers on the “no password, just log in” promise in day-to-day use. On my Mac, using my phone as the secure key to approve logins feels both natural and fast, and I don’t have to think about master passwords, browser profiles, or which vault I’m in. On iOS, AutoFill behaves the way I want a password tool to behave: I tap, Face ID confirms, and I’m in. I also appreciate that the whole system leans on hardware-backed security and avoids the traditional “one giant master password” approach, which gives me a bit more confidence when I’m logging into school systems, SaaS dashboards, and financial tools from multiple devices. From a workflow perspective, HeyLogin fits nicely into a busy, multi-account environment. I often switch between personal, teaching, and admin logins, and the login mask and quick approvals reduce the friction I usually feel when juggling several password managers or browser profiles.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The main friction points I run into are around edge cases and occasional reliability. Every once in a while, the phone approval flow feels a bit slower than I expect, especially when I’m moving quickly between tabs or waking my Mac from sleep and want an immediate login. I’ve also hit some occasional quirks on iOS where AutoFill doesn’t immediately suggest the right entry, which forces me to search manually when I’m in the middle of something else. For someone who lives in productivity apps all day, those small speed bumps add up. I’d also love to see even deeper macOS-level integration and some power-user controls for organizing and tagging logins at scale.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyLogin is solving the “too many passwords, too many accounts, not enough brain space” problem for me across Mac and iOS. Instead of managing master passwords, figuring out which browser extension has which login, or resetting forgotten credentials, I can just approve on my phone and move on. For my teaching and content-creation work, that means a few concrete benefits: fewer password reset spirals before class, faster logins into LMS tools and SaaS dashboards, and less context switching when I’m jumping between personal and institutional accounts. Over time, that adds up to a noticeable reduction in cognitive load—and that’s really the reason I keep HeyLogin in my daily toolkit.

 ### 2. No Master Password Needed—heylogin’s 2FA Approach Feels Safer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris P. | Director of Global Brand Marketing & Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I've been using heylogin exclusivey for about two years. I use this tool every single day, multiple times a day. And unlike other password managers I've used, heylogin doesn't require you to have a master password to access your vault. You might think that this is not a good thing, but it's actually a great benefit! If your master password is easy to crack, ALL your passwords (and thus accounts) will be compromised. Instead, heylogin utilizes a physical security chip in your phone/device or on a hardware key to access your passwords.

It's super easy to install heylogin (although I wish that it had a desktop app) on your device(s), and just as easy to use.

Additionally, I appreciate the ability to create folders and tag passwords so that they are easy to manage and find. This is great if you are especially a business that needs to provide access to several team members.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The direct downside to not using a master password is that accessing the vault is very dependent on your physical device(s). If you lose your phone, you could lose access to your entire vault. Likewise if you lose your physical key. The heylogin team have recommended that you add a backup device/key to your account for this very reason.

A minor annoyance, as is the case with any kind of security, is that sometimes heylogi can't tell if a login field (such as on a website) is an actual email/password field, or if it's a 2FA confirmation.

What I mean is that heylogin will log you into a website, but if the website also requires 2FA and a code needs to be verified, heylogin will sometimes auto-fill the code box with your password, and it will generate a login error. Other times, it might write over your password with the 2FA authentication code; in which case you'll be required to do a password reset on that account.

These are things that I've started to just pay closer attention to, opening heylogin when I need it, and closing it's auto-pop-up modal window when I don't.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used heylogin for personal and business use. I love that I'm able to keep my passwords separate; AND, that I can create multiple folders (or "teams"), with a robust tagging system for each.

 ### 3. Easy, Fast Phone Logins and No More Forgotten Passwords

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanif Y. | Licensed Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I use heylogin every day because it's really easy to use. I just use my phone to log in to all my websites, which is so much simpler than typing in passwords all the time.

What I like best about it is that I don't have to remember loads of different passwords anymore. I used to forget them constantly and had to keep resetting them, which was really annoying. Now I just open the app on my phone and I'm logged in straight away.

It's also quite fast. Instead of typing out long, complicated passwords on my keyboard, I just tap my phone and I'm in. It saves me loads of time, especially when I'm using websites I don't visit very often.

Another thing I like is that it feels more secure. I know all my logins are stored safely, and I don't have to write passwords down on paper or save them in random places where I might lose them.

Overall, it just makes my life easier. Everything's in one place on my phone, and logging in is quick and simple. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's fed up with managing dozens of passwords.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

What I dislike about heylogin is that I can only use it on one Android phone at the moment. I can't set it up on multiple Android phones for different uses, which would be really handy.

For example, I have a work phone and a personal phone, but I can only use heylogin on one of them. This means if I'm using my work phone and need to log into something, I have to grab my other phone to get access, which can be a bit annoying.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem heylogin solves for me is that I don't need to remember any passwords at all. Before, I had loads of different passwords for different websites, and I could never keep track of them all. I'd forget which password was for which site and get really frustrated.

Another big benefit is that I don't have to insert a main password to log in either. Some password managers make you type in one master password every time, but with heylogin I just use my phone. It's much quicker and I don't have to remember even that one password.

 ### 4. Finally! No more typing passwords—heylogin changed my digital life! 🚀📱

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody W. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

The best thing about heylogin is the “Swipe to Login” feature—it honestly feels like magic every time I use it! ✨ I used to dread the stress of remembering complex master passwords or mistyping them, but heylogin has completely removed that anxiety. Now I just sit down at my computer, swipe the notification on my phone, and I’m instantly logged in. It’s seamless, smooth, and genuinely futuristic. 🤯

Beyond the cool factor, the user interface is beautiful and intuitive. It doesn’t feel like clunky enterprise software; it feels like a modern app that was actually designed for humans. Onboarding was surprisingly quick, and I really like how cleanly it separates my personal and business logins. It’s not just a tool anymore—it’s become a genuinely enjoyable part of my daily workflow. I also appreciate the hardware-level security (using the phone’s chip) without having to buy extra dongles. It feels both safer and faster, which is a rare combination! 🔒⚡️

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Honestly, it’s hard to find a real downside because the experience has been so refreshing. If I had to choose something, I’d say the paradigm shift takes a day or two to get used to. 🧠 We’re so conditioned to think, “I need a password,” that trusting your phone as the key feels a bit strange at first—but once it clicks, you’ll never want to go back.

I also wish there were more native integrations with some of the more obscure platforms right out of the box. That said, their team seems super responsive to feedback, so I’m confident that’s on the way. Otherwise, my only regret is not switching months ago and wasting so much time typing passwords manually! 😅

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most critical problem heylogin solves for me is the overwhelming mental burden of “password fatigue” and the security risks that inevitably come with it. 🧠📉 Before switching, I was constantly wasting valuable time resetting forgotten credentials and dealing with the stress of managing dozens of unique logins across different platforms. heylogin has completely eliminated that friction! 🚫🔑 By replacing the outdated act of typing passwords with a simple, intuitive swipe, it’s turned a daily annoyance into a seamless, almost magical interaction that genuinely saves me time every single day. ✨

On top of that, it has taken away the massive headache of team collaboration and access sharing. 🤝🔐 In the past, sharing access often meant passing passwords around through chat or even writing them on sticky notes, which was a huge security liability. Now I can securely share login rights with colleagues instantly—without them ever seeing the actual password text. This has strengthened our security posture significantly while also improving our speed and efficiency. 🚀🛡️ I’m no longer a bottleneck when someone on the team needs access to a tool; the workflow stays smooth, secure, and incredibly fast. It honestly feels like we’ve finally stepped into the future of digital identity! 🤖✅

 ### 5. Smooth experience with an intuitive and clean interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen D. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

Heylogin is very easy to use and has a clean, straightforward interface that makes daily work more efficient. The overall experience feels smooth, and it doesn’t require a lot of technical effort to get started. I especially like how simple the setup process is and how quickly it fits into regular workflows. The platform feels stable and well-organized, which helps save time during everyday usage.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

There are not many major issues, but there is still room for improvement. Some advanced options or customization settings could be clearer, and additional guidance during certain steps would improve the overall experience. Occasionally, navigating specific sections could be more intuitive.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin helps simplify and organize daily access-related tasks, reducing manual effort and saving time. It improves workflow efficiency by making processes easier to manage in one place. This allows me to focus more on productive work instead of repeatedly handling routine login or access-related activities.

 ### 6. A Truly Passwordless Future Made Simple and Secure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khurram A. | Senior Product Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I love the genuine, effortless ease of use. The browser integration provides a seamless, one-click (or biometric) login experience that truly removes passwords from my daily routine. Setting it up and migrating my logins was straightforward; it didn't take much time at all. Regarding the number of features, the free plan is remarkably generous, offering all the essential functions like secure password storage and generation, 2FA management, and secure notes without feeling overloaded. The ease of integration is excellent; it functions as a system-level service on both desktop and mobile, making it my primary autofill tool across all browsers. I value its frequency of use; it is so reliable and fast that I use it dozens of times a day without a second thought.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

My main critique concerns the Number of Features. While the core features are excellent, the free plan lacks some useful utilities, such as custom profiles for filling out long registration forms (e.g., address, phone number), which would be a valuable addition. As a newer service, although their Customer Support has been responsive in my experience, the overall knowledge base and community ecosystem aren't as extensive as those of competitors with decades of history, which can sometimes make finding answers a bit more challenging.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin addresses the key security and usability issues of traditional passwords.

Problem 1: Using weak or reused passwords.
Solution: It creates and securely stores strong, unique passwords for each site, greatly enhancing my security against breaches.

Problem 2: The inconvenience of two-factor authentication.
Solution: It effortlessly manages 2FA codes within the same process, making secure logins quick and easy.

Problem 3: The trouble of remembering or manually entering credentials.
Solution: The true passwordless experience saves me considerable time and mental effort daily.

Ultimately, it transforms cybersecurity from a tedious task into a seamless, automatic background process, providing peace of mind.

 ### 7. A simple, practical way to stop worrying about passwords

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asaduzzaman a. | Social media marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

What I like best about HeyLogin is that it removes friction instead of adding more steps. I don’t have to think about passwords, resets, or whether I saved something correctly. I log in, it works, and I move on with my work. It feels secure without being annoying, which is rare for login tools. After using it for a while, you stop noticing it, and that’s a good thing because it’s doing its job without getting in the way.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

What I dislike is that the app sometimes has server connection issues, and when that happens, it’s frustrating because you’re basically stuck waiting. That’s the moment it bothers me the most. Occasionally the popup takes longer than expected to appear, which breaks the flow. I’ve also noticed that sometimes a password update doesn’t go through properly. The tool shows it as saved, but it hasn’t actually changed, and other times it works fine. It feels like a few bugs that still need to be fixed.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyLogin removes the hassle of managing passwords, which saves me time and lets me focus on my work instead of login issues.

 ### 8. No-Master-Password Login Is a Game-Changer with a Clean, Responsive Extension

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duy N. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

The 'no-master-password' approach is a total game-changer for my daily workflow. I love that I can log in securely just by confirming a notification on my phone rather than typing out complex strings of characters. The interface is clean, and the browser extension is very responsive, making the transition from other password managers effortless.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Initially, it took a little bit of time to get used to the phone-based authentication if my mobile device wasn't right next to me. It would also be great to see even more third-party integrations in the future, although the current setup covers all my primary needs perfectly well.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin solves the constant friction of password fatigue and the security risks of reusing weak passwords. It benefits me by saving time every day; I no longer have to reset forgotten passwords or manage a master key. This streamlined process has significantly improved my digital security posture while making my login experience much faster.

 ### 9. Seamless browser integration and lightning-fast 2FA – plus password sharing via one-time link

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthias R. | Inhaber, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

Heylogin integrates seamlessly into my browsers (Chromium, Firefox). 2FA then also works immediately on the mobile phone. This makes everything faster. Additionally, I find the function in the portal excellent, to share a password via a one-time link with another person - that's a great bonus.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The only problem I have is that when the screen lock is activated on the mobile phone (Android), heylogin overlays it, but cannot be accessed because of the locked screen. So, at least for me, the phone always has to be unlocked before I can request the 2FA.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin helps me manage passwords absolutely securely. This is even possible for me in the free plan. But the mega advantage comes in the business version, when I share access with employees and don't have to pass on the access passwords. Instead, the employees only need to use the heylogin app. With customers, I can securely share passwords via the secured one-time link connection in the portal - a big advantage for me that also makes a good impression.

 ### 10. A super solid and secure password and login access manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrizio S. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

It's well integrated, super fast and very friendly once you get a grip with it. The system is solid and i use it on top of another password manager for an extra layer of security and control.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

On some sites it fails, especially the ones with captcha, turnistle. I think the documentation can be daunting even if it's not bad. Customer support will reply and support only for major things, so don't expect a 1-on-1 onboarding , their focus is enterprise.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin helped me to add an extra layer of control over passwords and access. By having a mobile ,and in my case also a physical key device, check for access control, i feel really safe. The fact that i don't have to manually input again over and over the passwords, but just click on the window, it's very good. The organizational layer if you have a team is another top level feature, very customizable and easy to arrange teams, check credetials and how they are shared and organized over the workspace.

 ### 11. Simple, Frictionless Login Validation with Centralized Control Across Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dwindi R. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

Heylogin gives me centralized control on my phone, and it’s the only way I can validate logins. It centralizes control per device/browser, so I only need to validate once per session and then all subsequent logins can pass easily. It’s simple, quick, and completely frictionless. That’s why I only use Heylogin and not any other similar app for daily usage. Once set, it records my credentials and reuses them as needed, everywhere, laptop, phone and PC.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I already love it as-is. But I see that I can do nothing if I lose my phone. Looks like I will be lost all cred when I cannot access my phone.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nowadays, no day without login. I'm not diligent to save my password in my own sites, or my client sites. Now, I only need to remember or ask for the domain name, access it, and Heylogin handles the authentification immediately.

 ### 12. Fast, Master-Password-Free Logins Across Browsers—with Easy Password Imports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankush C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I love the fact that heylogin works super quickly across all browsers and all the trusted devices. Since there is no master password it is practical to use. What I also love about it is if you use any Social logins (Gmail, LinkedIn, etc). for a site, it saves the original Social login instead of saving it for the site that you used; thus maintaining accurate logins. The fact that it let's me import my passwords from other password managers is amazing.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

It will be useful if it can prompt me before saving a password. While I have the option to disable saving a password, but a prompt will be helpful. Not a deal breaker though

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage passwords across multiple devices and browsers easily without having to remember a master password.

 ### 13. Fingerprint login convenience across all my devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia M. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I love the convenience of using my fingerprint to login, and the convenience of having seamless access across all my devices.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I haven't found any downsides, except that since it's geared towards sharing logins with colleagues, it requires a little extra work to set it up for my family to use too.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Lastpass for years and loved it, but remembering my complex passphrase and typing it out at least once a day to access my logins was sometimes stressful when in a hurry. It also felt insecure sometimes with keyloggers and viruses on the rise. I also love heylogin's easy integration into my browser, and how it conveniently notices when I'm trying to log into a phone app. Such a great product! I use it multiple times a day 😍

 ### 14. User-Friendly Security with Interface for Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad N. | Marketing Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I like HeyLogin for its strong security, which ensures that no one can hack my password or log into my apps without authorization. The phone verification feature is very helpful and makes it more secure. Setting up HeyLogin was really easy; it just required a few clicks and scanning a code. The user experience is very clean and intuitive, making it easy to adopt without any learning hassle.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The interface can be more into yeah. The interface we are facing, it's very normal. It's very simple. But it's working and powerful. We are looking for an eye-catching, nice-looking interface then it will make us happy. So there's a place to improve.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin for its user-friendly and easy login management. It offers strong security features like phone verification, preventing unauthorized access to my apps.

 ### 15. Intuitive, Convenient, and Easy to Use—Productive Almost Immediately

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ori D. | Owner of salescharmforbusinesses.com, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

It's very easy and convenient to use. The interface is highly intuitive. You can find what you need quickly and the overall workflow feels natural. Navigation is simple, tasks are straightforward, and the learning curve is minimal, so you can get productive almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

What I dislike about heylogin is that it doesn't offer a way to import passwords from other managers like Google Chrome. Being able to transfer saved passwords directly from Chrome would save a lot of time.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin makes it very easy for me to add other users in the organization and monitor their passwords. That prevents losing access to accounts because passwords are centrally managed and ensures passwords remain protected at all times.

 ### 16. Simplified Password Management for Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brid A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I really appreciate how heylogin eliminates the need to remember a master password and how easy it is to use. The simple UX makes it easy to add new passwords. I love the ability to manage not just my own passwords but also my business's passwords, and the feature to add tagging for subdividing and sharing different subsets of passwords is great for managing multiple businesses or sharing with family. The initial setup was pretty easy and seamless, just downloading the app on my iPhone, creating an account, and scanning a code, which was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Sometimes the iPhone app notifications don't always come up when trying to login, but going to the app directly to authorize login will work. Also, I wish there was an option to always have to swipe for every password login, right now the minimum time that can be set to authorize without a new swipe is 5 min. For those wanting more security per swipe would be great. One area of concern for password management is that if iPhone is lost or compromised, it provides less protection than something like Bitwarden which requires master password.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to manage passwords without needing to remember a master password. It's easy to use, ideal for non-tech users, and lets me organize business passwords with tags for teams and family sharing.

 ### 17. Secure and User-Friendly, But Needs Passkey Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sartaj A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I think heylogin is really secure because of the way it is able to access and provide me with security. It helps me not worry about remembering, storing, or recollecting passwords, ensuring that my passwords are bulletproof in terms of security. I like its ease of use and simplicity, where I just have to use my iPhone or my YubiKey to log in. Once authenticated, I'm fairly secure and don't have to rely on a master password, only on my Face ID or other biometrics. The ability to share passwords seamlessly across my team without sharing or remembering master passwords and just relying on bio credentials like Face ID or a fingerprint was a game changer. Also, the ease of operating it is really convenient. The initial setup was a breeze because I just had to import everything from Bitwarden, and we were off to the races.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Yeah, the core issue I have with heylogin at the moment is the lack of support for pass keys, as well as storing other important information such as credit cards. I wish those two would come in sooner because that will make me fully reliant on heylogin because currently, I've had to use another password manager that provides those features.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to generate, store, and manage passwords across platforms securely. It eliminates the hassle of remembering passwords and ensures they are strong. This prevents me from using weak or repeated passwords, offering peace of mind.

 ### 18. Simple and Free: Best Password Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolo V. | Director, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I definitely like the simplicity of heylogin. I find it much easier to use compared to its competitors, especially thanks to the swipe to login feature that reduces friction in use. I also appreciate that heylogin is free for non-business users, which was a determining factor that convinced me to try it. Furthermore, the simplicity of the application's use is another aspect that I really like. The fact that it is developed and hosted in the EU is definitely a factor I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The design doesn't convince me, especially regarding their web app. Additionally, I would like to have the option to have protected notes. Moreover, on some Android apps, it fails to perform autofill.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find heylogin much simpler to use compared to other password managers, especially thanks to the swipe to login. It requires less friction in use and is straightforward, doing one thing without too much fuss. It is free for non-business users, which prompted me to try it.

 ### 19. Simple, Sleek Password Sharing for Teams—We’ve Loved heylogin Since Day One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

Its simplicity and the awesome team sharing features. Its the easiest passwordmanager for us - and we used other big named ones for years. We love how sleek the interface is and that it makes it a breeze to share passwords between team members. Also, as a german agency, we love that the company behind it is a trusted german company with a founder who has a great track record in cybersecurity. And of course its awesome to have 2factor in it with every fingerprint scan to make the passwords available to use. Easy, fast and secure. We really LOVE heylogin since day one!

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Sometimes my old smartphone (Android) has some problems to autofill passwords. But also other password apps have the same problems. Its an android update and security thing, I think. So nothing heylogin specical.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, secure and team member shared password management for great agency usage.

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I find heylogin extremely useful as it's an easy way to log in to pretty much every single site I visit. I love that I don't have to remember all my passwords anymore, which was always important to me, especially with my background in security. Heylogin's security is a feature I really value. I feel assured because it creates difficult passwords to crack, which is perfect for me. The system is designed really well, and it's pretty seamless. The initial setup was pretty basic and straightforward, and the process of setting it up is really good, with the wizard guiding you every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

There really isn't much not to like about heylogin... it just works and it works well. Plus it's pretty easy to use, especially when you get use to the process.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin eliminates the hassle of remembering passwords for each site I visit. Its security features mean I no longer worry about password strength or breaches, as it creates strong passwords effortlessly.

 ### 21. Swipe-to-Log In Makes Passwords Effortless and Secure

**Reviewed by:** Quan P. | Real Estate Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

What I love most is the "swipe to log in" feature. It completely eliminates the need for a master password, which makes my daily workflow much faster. The security feel is top-notch without being a burden.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If I had to pick something, the initial setup takes a few minutes to ensure the mobile app and browser extension are synced, but once it's done, it runs perfectly.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the "password fatigue" problem. I no longer have to remember complex passwords or worry about losing a master key. It has significantly improved our team's security posture by making it easy to use unique, strong passwords for every single site.

 ### 22. Secure Password Sharing, Needs Easier Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas Tiwari V. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I find heylogin super simple and secure. I get a sense of security because every time I try to use it on my computer, it asks me to confirm with my phone, which is a very interesting part of it. Nobody can use it without my verification, which adds to the security. When I share passwords with my team, they cannot see the passwords, but they can simply log in using them, which makes it easy to share securely.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Maybe a little bit of the UX part. Although it's simple because I'm a technical guy, but I felt like a few of my team members struggled to install it and use it effectively. Once they install it and set up, then it's easy, but the installation process can be improved.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin for password management and team sharing, which solves my problem of sharing passwords with my 20-person team easily and securely.

 ### 23. Simplifies Password Sharing with Seamless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Huzairi H. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

What I like the most about heylogin is that I can share my password with the people I care about, like my parents, without them actually seeing the password. It's much easier for them to approve with their phone. The simplicity of using it is great, and even my parents, who are almost 80 years old, can use it. It's pretty much easy for anyone to use. Also, for me, the initial setup was very easy. That's why I like heylogin so much.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

For the mobile app, I think it can be designed in a way that's easier to use. It's not that I'm complaining about the interface, but if it was more similar to Apple Face ID, it would be much better, I guess. Also, while the setup was very easy for me, some people don't really want to know about new tools, so I have to set it up for them. If they could make it much easier or if people understood how important it is, it would be much better.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin mostly for password sharing without revealing the passwords. It simplifies login for my parents who struggle with remembering them, as they can just approve it via their phone.

 ### 24. Effortless Password Management with Top-Notch Biometric Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen P. | Co-owner, Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I use heylogin as a secondary password manager to keep things separated, and it solves my problem with master passwords that I absolutely loathe. With heylogin, I just use biometrics on my phone to authenticate and tapping my watch to approve is a great help. The password-less entry is amazing, and the iPhone and Apple Watch integrations are phenomenal. Team management and access control are fabulous, allowing me to share only select passwords securely with my team. The initial setup was brilliantly easy and utterly painless.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I think they could use some more granular controls for the team management, but I likely just don't have the right account tier for that level of access!

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin for hassle-free password management, avoiding master passwords with biometrics. Its seamless integration with my iPhone and Apple Watch enhances usability. Team management features let me securely share select passwords, keeping the rest private.

 ### 25. Effortless and Secure Team Access Management

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I use heylogin to securely store and share login credentials with my team, allowing us to access tools and accounts without exposing passwords. It removes the hassle of sharing passwords, improves security, and makes team access management much simpler. I like how easy it is to use, the passwordless login feature, and how smoothly it works for team sharing without compromising security. The clean interface, quick setup, and the fact that it works seamlessly across devices make it really convenient to use day to day. We switched from LastPass because heylogin felt simpler, more secure, and easier to manage for our team. The initial setup was very straightforward and quick, everything was guided, and our team was up and running in no time.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow, and I'd like more advanced reporting or activity tracking for team logins.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to securely store and share login credentials, removing the hassle of sharing passwords, improving security, and simplifying team access management.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I really appreciate the seamless integration of heylogin. It's great that I don't have to enter passwords every time. I just swipe on my mobile, and it's done, which makes it feel secure because I don't have to type anything, reducing worries about key logging. I like that I don't have to maintain an Excel sheet or diary and just have to click and swipe to log in to websites. It's so easy for me. The interface feels a bit easier compared to what I used before, and I'm having a good experience so far. The setup was easy, with not too many issues. I feel secure knowing it's attached to my mobile, so it's just me who can access it.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The only drawback I see with heylogin is that I need to have my mobile with me wherever I go. If my mobile is in another room, I have to go and get it. It's phone dependent, but I accept it because it adds to the security.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to avoid typing and remembering passwords. It enhances security by preventing keylogging and stores everything in the cloud, so I don't need insecure Excel sheets.

This swiping and unlocking process is password-blind and just a simple gesture we do daily. Everything is really easy and modern. The initial setup was super straightforward, and I was able to get it right away, which wowed me. heylogin clearly stands out compared to other products I've tried.

 ### 29. Fast, Secure, and Truly Passwordless Login

**Reviewed by:** Pradeep K. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

Heylogin makes signing in incredibly fast and straightforward. Its passwordless approach, with biometric approval on my phone, removes the hassle of having to remember or manage a master password. The browser integration feels seamless, the setup is quick, and it saves me a significant amount of time in my day-to-day workflow. Overall, it strikes an excellent balance between strong security and a smooth user experience, without adding any extra friction.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

There is room for improvement in the mobile app and in some of the more advanced features, such as the backup options, which can be a concern. However, these are relatively minor issues and they don’t interfere much with everyday use.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin effectively reduces password fatigue and the related security risks by replacing traditional passwords with device-based verification. With this approach, logging in becomes faster, more secure, and simpler to manage across multiple devices. It’s particularly helpful in work settings and for team access, where keeping track of many different passwords can quickly turn into a real challenge.

 ### 30. Simplified Password Management with Stellar Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juba T. | Ingénieur structure, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I love how heylogin revolutionized how I manage logins, getting rid of the need for master passwords or endless typing. The setup took just minutes, and the browser extension auto-fills credentials with a single click, making it 30% faster than traditional managers. I really like the hardware-backed encryption and swipe-to-confirm feature on my phone for super secure 2FA that's GDPR-compliant from Germany. It's perfect for teams too, with easy sharing capabilities. I appreciate that the hardware-backed encryption eliminates the stress of centralized password storage, and the mobile biometric confirmation adds peace of mind for sensitive accounts. No more spreadsheets or sticky notes with credentials!

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

A few minor improvements would make it perfect: the initial setup could have more guided tutorials for non-tech users, and integration with some legacy web applications occasionally requires manual entry.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin solves password fatigue by eliminating the need to remember multiple credentials, addresses security risks with shared passwords, and saves time with autofill and hardware encryption. It's perfect for teams with easy sharing and adds security with swipe-to-confirm for 2FA.

 ### 31. Secure Passwordless Login - A Great Software Investment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Import and Export | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

After having subscribed to 1Password for almost a decade, I took the leap to move to Heylogin, and have no regrets whatsoever. The killer feature that won me over was that Heylogin is a passwordless password manager, which makes it more secure than other solutions. It also gives me the convenience to only needing to login once per day using Face ID on my phone. Because of this, Heylogin becomes a kind of single sign-on app. It's super easy to work with once it's been setup and the login UI is straight forward. ManaHeylogin being a EU based company is also a big advantage considering the strict legislation around privacy and more, and allows EU citizens to become less dependent on tech companies from other parts of the world. Since I got it on an LTD campaign and use it everyday, I have to say it's one of the best investments in software that I've ever made.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

There is still some development work to be done to reach the full potential of Heylogin, but their roadmap and release notes show that progress is being made. Extending it to handle credit cards more smoothly, and also to store documents that need a higher level of security, are two areas of improvement. The mobile app needs some love as well, e.g. being able to sign in to many profiles in one go. These are not showstoppers however, it's just a little bit more cumbersome until they fix this.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole platform is very easy to use, both for users and admins. User management can be handled without hassle by a non-technical person which makes Heylogin an ideal solution for SMBs. I've been in contact with support twice (from within the app), and both times the answers were lightning fast.

 ### 32. Seamless Password Management with Premium Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Just S. | President + Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I use heylogin to manage all my password information and account logins, and I really appreciate its powerful interface. The two-factor authentication feature that comes right over my phone makes it really seamless to use. It's the most convenient of all the password managers I've ever used, and I really like the ability to log in using other devices, like my phone or computers, without having to remember a master password. The interface provides a kind of passwordless login experience, which is very seamless and easy to use. I also like the way it presents the options for sites you're going to log in to. Overall, heylogin gives me a premium experience, especially the fantastic login process.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I think the two biggest issues I have with heylogin are: first, the Chrome extension isn't great for editing or adding information. Unlike Bitwarden, I have to go through a lot of steps in the heylogin main dashboard. It's not really intuitive. The second issue is sometimes the heylogin interface hides password or username fields, which is hard to navigate, especially with multiple logins for a site. There are also times when I get errors saying the Chrome extension isn't working properly.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to manage my passwords seamlessly with its powerful interface and easy two-factor authentication directly on my phone, making it more convenient than other password managers.

 ### 33. Effortless Password Management with Seamless Mobile Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashvin J.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I like the easiness of use with heylogin. When I try to log in, I get a notification on my mobile to validate, and boom, I'm connected. The feature of receiving a mobile notification to validate login means I have a secure way of managing and validating passwords, which I find valuable. I also appreciate being able to create multiple secure passwords without having to memorize them all. The initial setup of heylogin was surprisingly easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

It is annoying when you do not have any battery on your phone. You need to charge your phone to validate it.. I do have a secondary appareil to validate in case of trouble but I don't have it always on me.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to share passwords with my team and family. It helps me create secure passwords without memorizing them all. I also love the ease of logging in with a mobile notification.

 ### 34. Effortless Passwordless Security, Ideal for Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I really like HeyLogin because it simplifies authentication without sacrificing security. The passwordless login is reliable, saves time, and works smoothly, especially when switching between devices. The clean interface makes it easy to navigate and quick to adopt across a team, even for non-technical users, and requires minimal configuration to get started. Centralized access management is a big plus for teams, as it helps eliminate password-related risks and reduces login friction. It integrates well with common web applications, making access to multiple platforms quicker and more consistent. Overall, it strikes a good balance between strong security and everyday usability, making onboarding easier with less friction around account access. This makes it practical for regular use without feeling like another tool to manage.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

One area that could be improved is documentation around some of the more advanced features, as it can take a bit of time to fully understand all the options. There are also limited customization settings in certain areas, which may matter for teams with more specific workflow needs. That said, these are relatively minor points and don’t significantly affect everyday use.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin eliminates password risks, reduces login friction, and centralizes access management. It provides a simpler, faster, and more secure login experience, making it easier for teams managing multiple accounts and improving overall access efficiency.

 ### 35. Effortless Password Management, Major Time Saver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Makhfou N. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I really like heylogin because you just log in with your device, like your phone, computer, or tablet, and approve the login, so you don't ever have to put passwords. That's what I like the most. It saves a ton of time. I also appreciate how clean and simple it feels. There's no complicated setup, and it works smoothly across all devices. From a security standpoint, it's solid too, with everything being encrypted. It saves me seconds at a time, like thirty or forty seconds here and there in the long run. It's just a time saver, you know? The initial setup was super easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I mean, just like sometimes, I wanna put the password because sometimes it's just not... you know, like, that's the only time when I don't need it and it pops up. But then it's easily overwrittenable. So once it shows up, if I don't wanna use it, I just close it and then put a password when I need it.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin solves the inconvenience of remembering passwords. I just create a password, and don't worry about it later. It saves time by letting me approve logins with my devices, and everything is encrypted and works smoothly across all devices.

 ### 36. Seamless Password Management, No Master Password Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I really appreciate that heylogin solved a very critical problem for me by not requiring a master password. It makes logging into websites super easy using Windows Hello and an encryption key, and the process is so smooth it feels almost seamless. I love that I don't have to enter my master password each time, making it frictionless on my work PC. I can just set it up and forget about remembering passwords, which is a game changer compared to others like Bitwarden and 1Password. The seamless, modern experience with heylogin completely changed the way I view logins. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, especially importing from Bitwarden.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

On some websites, the heylogin overlay on password fields does not work properly. I didn't face any issue while using Windows Hello or Encryption Key, but it might be worth noting for someone using different methods for login.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to manage my passwords across various sites. It's seamless with no master password needed, thanks to Windows Hello and an encryption key. I switched from Bitwarden because heylogin feels modern and hassle-free.

 ### 37. Secure, User-Friendly with Smooth Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I use heylogin to safely store and share passwords with my team, which is great for access to both our own accounts and clients' accounts. The tool excels in securely storing passwords and transmitting them safely. I appreciate that heylogin takes security seriously with enterprise-level architecture, and I find it super easy to use with its slick UI, unlike many competing tools. The learning curve is smooth with a well-thought-out UI, and it isn't a chore or administrative burden to use, which makes it easy not only for me but also for the freelancer I work with. The tool is certified for security, and it uses zero-knowledge protocols. The initial setup of heylogin was straightforward and easier than LastPass, comparable to other well-designed tools I have used.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The dependence on phones for the process could be improved - there are now password keys that can be activated via MacBook keyboards etc. I'd like to see the tool have alternative methods in case my phone is out of battery etc.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to safely store and share passwords with my team. It solves the problem of securely storing strong passwords hard to remember. The UI is user-friendly, easing onboarding and setup without security compromises.

I love the team sharing feature in heylogin. It's really smooth and super helpful for managing shared password access. Having team access to logins inside the platform is extremely convenient, making it easier for my consulting and development teams to manage our logins. I also love that I can use my device to instantly verify any login, which makes it more secure than other password apps. Logging into any app is faster and easier by just clicking the login button, and it handles the username and password smoothly. The initial setup was extremely easy because we were able to take the LastPass export and import it directly into heylogin.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The mobile interface is still clunky. And, when I have sites that have many logins, the process of choosing which login I'm using needs to be smoother.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging into any app is faster and easier with heylogin. It handles usernames and passwords with a click, making the process smooth. The team sharing feature is super helpful for managing shared password access, allowing my consulting and development teams to conveniently access logins.

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Wholistic Business & Life Coach, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I like HeyLogin primarily for its simplicity. A lot of similar software can look pretty busy and not have the cleanest user interface, but HeyLogin does a really good job with its interface while giving you high-level security features without the ugly look. I've used other password managers that were fine, but they were often complex with many steps. HeyLogin handles this more simply and efficiently, providing the same or even stronger levels of safety, security, and encryption. The initial setup was one of the best parts of the experience. It was incredibly simple and seamless, taking less than two minutes with a couple of QR codes and approvals. It's really easy to use, especially with my browser and apps on my phone, and I'm even considering fully replacing my previous password manager with it.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I haven't found any major flaws with it yet. As I use it longer I'll have some but not as of yet.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin helps me remember numerous passwords by storing them securely and generating long, complex ones. It solves the complexity of other password managers, offering simplicity and efficient security with strong encryption.

 ### 40. Innovative, Secure Password Management with Mobile Login

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rithvik P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I appreciate heylogin for its security features and the autosave on any device, which is very helpful. I like the login via mobile prompt, as no other password manager has this feature, and it means no more forgetting passwords since there is no password login option. The setup was very easy and just took 5 minutes. It's also secure and easy to use, which is why I switched from Google Password Manager. Using heylogin with Chrome to save my passwords is convenient, and I've managed to save around 3500+ logins. Overall, I'm very satisfied with heylogin, enough to rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to others.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

the fear of losing the mobile for login. but they are making improvements about so not a deal breaker

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin for saving my passwords. It adds security and auto-saves passwords on any device, which is very helpful. The mobile prompt feature means no password login option, so I never forget passwords, and it's more secure and easier to use.

 ### 41. Secure, User-Centric Password Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manji d. | Public relations assitant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I use heylogin for handling my business profiles logins, finance management dashboards, and CRM tools without passwords. I love the secure sharing feature that lets me send login info to users safely and set expiry times, which helps keep us secure. It solves my previous issues with data compromises by using secure 20-character passwords and vault protection with the magic link feature, giving me peace of mind. I really like how it makes security easy and frictionless, with features like auto-fill and magic links. The audit for weak, reused passwords is something I rely on a lot, as it scans and provides a list of vulnerabilities, and I can easily fix them with the built-in password generator. The user-centric design, especially the magic link feature, made me switch from Nordpass. Setting up heylogin was remarkably easy, thanks to its modern design.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

At this point, only con is it's kind of new to this market, and more people don't know they need to market it more. Another thing is it's not yet fully ready for Linux users and that environment. Also, I think they can improve more on advanced reporting features.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin secures my logins with 20-character passwords and protects my vault with a magic link. It solves the issue of data compromises and enables secure password sharing. The auto-fill and reused password audit features enhance my daily workflow and security.

 ### 42. Smooth, Convenient Biometric Login That Saves Me From Login and Password Anxiety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larglind S. | Growth Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I like how smooth and convenient it is. Logging in is fast since I can just approve with biometrics on my phone instead of typing passwords or digging up 2FA codes. It works well across most sites, and it saves me from the constant “forgot password” resets. It was easy to get started and up and running, took a few min only. I use it for personal use and work and its been a blessing as I login to stuff every single day. Not had any issues except very rarely where it doesnt login with the browser extension, but its so rare I didnt contact support but I heard from others that their customer support is good so thats a good thing and reassuring. Getting started and integrating it to my phone and macbook was easy.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Honestly, nothing. It's a "simple" service in a sense that it helps you with logins and passwords but it does the job very well.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well I'm a lazy person and tend to forget my passwords as I use tons of websites and tools. So the main benefit for me is saving time but also I don't have to worry about not being able to login to stuff. This is very handy for work where not logging in to something could mean I can't do my job.

Everything is working perfectly till now.

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I find heylogin very easy to use with a clean and simple interface, making everything logical and straightforward. I like that I can add a user and give them access to an app without actually giving them the password. I appreciate that it makes managing access to applications very easy, as I can easily turn access on and off, add new passwords and logins for certain groups and users. It's also great that I don't have to share the actual password with users; they just use their PACE ID on their mobile phones to access the app without ever seeing the password.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

I think, if anything, I would like easier access to view and manage my passwords through the mobile app.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to manage access to applications easily, enabling quick toggling of access permissions and preventing the need to share actual passwords with users.

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I like that heylogin takes just one tap on my mobile to log in to any account, saving me more than half an hour daily compared to other password managers. I appreciate its ease of use, as it doesn't require me to copy and paste email and password every time. The security is great too, as my mobile chip acts as a security key, giving me peace of mind that my account won't get hacked. Setting it up was a breeze, taking less than 2 minutes to start using. It’s also easy for non-techy users, which is why we switched from Bitwarden.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

What can be improved is that they should offer storage to save attachments.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heylogin simplifies logging in with one tap on my mobile, saving me over half an hour daily. It enhances security using my mobile as a security layer, preventing hacking worries.

 ### 46. Best passwordless login app I’ve used (since 2022)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dede W. | Regional Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I love that it combines passwords + 2FA in one place, and even automates TOTP so I don’t need a separate authenticator app.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Minor downside: on a few less-common websites, the browser-extension autofill/login prompt can be a bit inconsistent (field detection / placement), although it’s not a deal-breaker.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically solves my daily headache of passwords + 2FA. It makes logging in feel super quick and easy, and I don’t have to go back and forth between password manager and an authenticator app anymore. For me the biggest win is saving time every day, less typing, fewer steps, and way less hassle., while still feeling secure.

 ### 47. Frictionless Access with Top-Notch Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvens U. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I like using heylogin for securely sharing access to tools I use for client businesses. It's easier and more secure than dealing with virtual assistants trying to get login info, which was a hassle with other services. I love the app because it makes gaining access to accounts fast and easy without adding friction for clients. One tap or a QR code is all it takes, and the encryption is great. It has even helped me close deals by increasing trust.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

There are some SaaS that still require login. Hopefully heylogin can find a way around that issue. Also, at the beginning, it requires an initial setup.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to securely share tool access for clients. It's easier and more secure, avoiding issues with virtual assistants handling login info. One-tap or QR code logins increase client trust and help close deals.

 ### 48. Heylogin is a winner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

We have found Heylogin to be a great addition to our team for wanting to increase the security of our operations. The phone-based security makes a lot of sense, and the team management and separation between work and personal works well.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

The pathway for transitioning to a new mobile device is not very clear when team members switch devices. I would also like more granular control around having certain websites prompt the phone for access every time (rather than settings that affect all saved logins).

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In there own words - Heylogin is a next-generation password manager that solves the problems of poor usability, security vulnerabilities, and management overhead associated with traditional, master-password-based password managers (which we very much agree with). By replacing the master password with smartphone-based authentication, it aims to eliminate human error and enhance security, particularly for teams and businesses.

 ### 49. Effortless Logins with Clean UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish Ahuja - M. | Founder

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I save all my logins and passwords safely with heylogin, and it lets me log into all my accounts smoothly, securely, and quickly. As a marketer and business owner, it saves me time by handling multiple accounts without the hassle of remembering and typing so many passwords every day. I find it easy to use, efficient, and it just works. The UI is very clean, making it a lot better than other password managers I've used in the past. The initial setup was very easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

If heylogin could also add passkeys to the app and if I can shoot for the moon, I'd like a secure place to save all the backup codes.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heylogin to save all my logins and passwords securely, which saves time and eliminates the hassle of remembering and typing many passwords daily.

 ### 50. Convenient password management with integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimir R. | Digital Marketing Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about heylogin?**

I really like heylogin for its convenient and easy interface. Activation on websites happens automatically, and confirmation can be done on a mobile device or on a watch, which is very quick and convenient. It is also a very secure application that easily allows sharing passwords without the need to transmit them through social networks. I am especially pleased with the ability to provide one-time links for third-party developers or team members. Setting up heylogin was very easy — just connect the mobile app, and everything is ready.

**What do you dislike about heylogin?**

Currently, heylogin does not have the capability to insert login information into specific fields that are not intended for passwords, such as where AI tool keys or plugin keys can be added. This is not possible yet, and I hope this feature will be added in the future.

**What problems is heylogin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find heylogin convenient for securely sharing passwords without sending them through social networks. You can share passwords directly with the team or external developers via temporary links. It is very secure.
