Using Accurx already? Hero will feel familiar. Founded by an NHS-trained GP frustrated by existing systems, Hero started by empowering practices to offer simple but configurable online booking via the practice website. This extended to messaging with attachments, self-booking links and questionnaires. Then in 2024, we released a fully configurable triage solutions, known as 'Care Navigation'. Together, the messaging, appointments and triage modules comprise the Hero platform. Hero particularly differentiates itself for practices that are working cross-organisationally across their PCN or Federation. You can easily book patients into your hubsite or share a triage submission with other practices in your network. PCN and Feds use Hero for online booking for Enhanced Access appointments.
