HelpSite has constant technical issues, which I believe are due to an overextended (or non-existent) engineering team. I believe the team is only 1 or 2 people. It's broken at least once per month lately, and these outages or bugs are highly disruptive to OUR end users that are paying for a Saas application. The JWT authentication stuff is always running into problems, causing our end customers to clear their cache, open incognito mode, and other inconvenient workarounds. It seems like they don't have adequate QA processes in place because too many bugs reach their production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
