What do you like best about HelpSite?

What do you dislike about HelpSite?

HelpSite has constant technical issues, which I believe are due to an overextended (or non-existent) engineering team. I believe the team is only 1 or 2 people. It's broken at least once per month lately, and these outages or bugs are highly disruptive to OUR end users that are paying for a Saas application. The JWT authentication stuff is always running into problems, causing our end customers to clear their cache, open incognito mode, and other inconvenient workarounds. It seems like they don't have adequate QA processes in place because too many bugs reach their production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelpSite?

The customer service is great. It's a great tool for building an easy FAQ site for our customers as well as it's very convenient to maintain and organized. So overall my experience with helpSite is positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpSite?

I don't have such issue with this tool but I feel it's text editor can be more better as it is used by tech and non tech both so it should be convenient for both equally and sometimes it's quite slow while making changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helpsite is one of the only KB providers whose business model allows to create of multiple KB websites when most KB providers provide one customer-facing support website. The layout customization & text editing features could be improved:

1. include error/warning/success boxes, which are very important in tutorial-related documentation. 2. embed an image-editing tool within HelpSite.

What do you like best about HelpSite?

We are a small outsourcing company and we have no enough IT Talents to help us build a good knowledge base portal or some sort of a company Wiki. Thanks to HelpSite, we don't need an IT guy to do the coding for us. HelpSite.com provides the kind of features that just simple need. What I like the best is their search for keywords function as well as able to read all types of document downloads from PDF, to Jpeg, to photos, excel and a lot more!
