What do you like best about HelpfulDocs?

What do you dislike about HelpfulDocs?

What problems is HelpfulDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a super busy team of engineers working on a highly technical product that requires good (if not exceptional) documentation. Also, our documentation is one of the major marketing channels for us. At some point, we realized that we need help from seasonal professionals so we researched and found HelpfulDocs. What do you like best about HelpfulDocs?

We needed to create for the first time a knowledge base for our customers and help them find answers to all the questions they typically ask. So a part of the project was writing the FAQs, and then the second part was creating some help articles that guide users on the use of different features. We had the information available, the point was for someone to organize them, update them, and then also write some new ones. Keeping our knowledge base organized is no easy task.
