It gives us reliable real-time visibility of our field team without requiring complex technical setup. The mobile app, location history and tracking features have been very useful for managing our sales operation. It is a solid, ready-to-use solution that allowed us to start tracking our team quickly. **What do you dislike about Hellotracks?** The main limitation for us is the lack of an integrated POS (Point of Sale) option for field sales. We would like our sales representatives to be able to track their routes, visit customers, take orders, process sales and payments, and register transactions within the same platform. Having GPS tracking and a mobile POS in one solution would make Hellotracks much more valuable for companies with route-based sales operations. **What problems is Hellotracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hellotracks helps us ensure the proper use of our company vehicles by providing real-time visibility of routes, locations, stops and time spent in the field. This allows us to verify that transportation units are being used for their intended business purposes, improve route efficiency, reduce unnecessary mileage and have better control over our field operations. It also gives management greater visibility and accountability without having to constantly call drivers or sales representatives. ### 2. I recently set up recurring routes for the whole NY market and we have already seen a major boost in performance. The integrated map UI and the optimize features are also great for efficiency. As always, Hellotracks support is always helpful and their prompt responses and solutions always make Hellotracks a great tool to have. **What do you dislike about Hellotracks?** I honestly do not have negative feedback or experiences with Hellotracks. I think the only thing that comes to mind at the moment might on a specific feature that could use an implementation to adjust/edit recurring routes in an easier user friendly way. I think this will help since our bikeshare station locations often change per market with deployment actions for station removal/relocations or new station installations. **What problems is Hellotracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hellotracks allows us to accurately route necessary tasks that require special attention with set parameters dictated by our clients. Regardless of the type of job, I know I can count of Hellotracks to make sure the dispatching process goes smoothly. That means that I can focus on quality control to make sure the job gets done right by the teams on the ground. ### 3. I can see their location in real time, so I know when they’re on their way to a job and when they’re heading home afterward. Before Hellotracks, it was difficult to tell where they were or how long they’d been there. Now it’s much easier for us to track mileage and working hours. ### 4. It makes it easy to reroute them when needed and to see how long they’ve been on job sites. **What do you dislike about Hellotracks?** The only issues I’ve had are with the phone app not tracking properly all the time, but that’s likely due to poor reception while the techs are traveling. **What problems is Hellotracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me keep track of technicians’ time for payroll, and it also makes dispatching easier. Overall, it’s been useful for organizing all my data so payroll runs more smoothly and my workflow stays efficient. ### 5.
