**What do you like best about HEFICED?**

HEFICED offers an excellent cloud hosting service that is secured, reliable and flexible based on our business demands. It offers complete control with root access and its resources are fully managed by HEFICED so we needn't worry about its infrastructure maintenance. We can also establish BGP sessions by running the BGP daemon tool offered by HEFICED for our bare-metal servers.

**What do you dislike about HEFICED?**

Upgrading our billing cycle is essential in case we need to increase our RAM specifications. For all our bare-metal servers, we have only set up 1 month billing cycle. Hence we need to upgrade our billing cycle to 3 months or longer in case we need to modify based on our demands. It would be great if we could manage our resource modifications with our 1 month billing cycle alone which is convenient.

**What problems is HEFICED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an option to install GUI on cloud hosting servers which is great for a few of our associates who have less experience with working on bare-metal servers. We can choose from a wide variety of Linux distributions such as CentOS, Debian, Fedora or Ubuntu depending upon our customer requirements. After installing Java, we can initiate custom ISO installation for our SRV bare-metal server. As soon as we mount our custom ISO successfully, restarting our server will include all features of our new installation.
