Heartsome Reviews & Product Details

Heartsome is HR and hiring software for small businesses and non-profits that don’t have a dedicated HR team. It keeps staff records, contracts and documents in one place, with sensitive details like IDs and bank details hidden from anyone who doesn’t need them. Employees request time off and the balances update themselves, including part-days, carryover and expiry. Sick leave is tracked step by step, with Dutch statutory milestones flagged on time. Heartsome also covers onboarding and offboarding checklists, equipment, time tracking for grants or projects, reviews and anonymous pulse surveys, and a calm hiring pipeline. Pricing is simple: €1 per employee per month for HR and €1 per open role per day for hiring. Every feature is included, with no tiers, add-ons or annual contracts. Heartsome is EU-hosted, encrypted and GDPR compliant, and every account starts with a two-week free trial.
