They were prosecuted by ACCC a couple of years back and fined $2.9 million for misleading consumers and sharing patient data with insurers. Also, it keeps sending reminders, which is the best feature I like until my appointment date. It helps me a lot to save my time while taking care of my family. **What do you dislike about HealthEngine?** Although it's a very good product, I can see there are some issues like rescheduling appointments and some time lag during communication. **What problems is HealthEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in bookings from the website and instantly I was getting a digital new patient form to fill. It also provides self check-ins for patients and automatic SMS for appointments, which keep reminding me of my appointments. ### 3. It offers medical centers with a variety of services all in one place to choose from. **What do you dislike about HealthEngine?** Their customer support.
