Headcount HR Reviews & Product Details

Headcount HR is a Swedish HR system (HRIS) for companies with 20–500 employees, built for organisations where many employees don’t work at a desk, such as construction, manufacturing, transport and security services. Managers and employees handle leave requests, time reporting, employment contracts with e-signature, onboarding and performance reviews themselves, from the mobile app or the browser. HR gets a digital personnel file, employee surveys, salary reviews, pay equity analysis, whistleblowing and incident reporting in the same system. Headcount integrates with the customer’s payroll system, supports SSO and two-factor authentication, and uses role-based permissions. All data is stored in the EU, without dependencies on US cloud providers.
