HE Pursuit Reviews & Product Details

HE Pursuit is a bid/no-bid decision platform for small government contractors. Paste any SAM.gov notice and it evaluates fit against your company profile: NAICS alignment, set-aside eligibility, agency history, timing, and requirement keywords. It returns a Go, Conditional Go, or No-Bid recommendation with the drivers behind it. The full workflow adds eligibility review, hard-disqualifier detection, requirements extraction, bid-effort estimation, and win probability. HE Pursuit indexes every SAM.gov notice type, including Sources Sought, Special Notices, and draft RFPs posted without a NAICS code, which NAICS-filtered search silently hides. Built for owner-operators and lean capture teams, not enterprise BD departments. Free tier with no credit card; Starter $99/month and Pro $199/month add the full workflow, decision tracking, and PDF export.
