HaulierMagic Reviews & Product Details

HaulierMagic is a cloud-based Transport Management System built for UK hauliers, bringing planning, dispatch, driver operations, tracking, compliance, customer visibility and invoicing into one connected platform. Transport teams can capture jobs, plan and allocate work, manage vehicles, trailers, drivers and subcontractors, track routes and ETAs in real time, and keep customers updated through the Client Portal and Arrivals Board. The planning tools support multi-drop work, resource and shift planning, while NavigateMagic provides HGV-safe in-cab navigation when required. The HaulierMagic Driver App gives drivers their jobs, messaging, ePOD and vehicle walkaround checks in one place. It works offline, captures signatures, photos and delivery exceptions, and sends proof back to the office for review before it is released for billing. Vehicle defects and compliance evidence are recorded against the relevant driver and vehicle for a clear audit trail. HaulierMagic also supports customer and subcontractor tariffs, fuel surcharges, extras, automated invoicing and accounting integrations including Xero, Sage 50 and Sage 200. Telematics and operational integrations include systems such as Webfleet, Microlise and TomTom, along with pallet networks and load exchanges. The result is one live workflow from job entry and planning through to the driver, customer, POD and invoice, reducing the need for spreadsheets, paper PODs, disconnected tracking tools and manual re-keying.
