In the worst-case scenario, the problem is resolved within 24 to 48 hours. **What do you dislike about Hathway?** 1) The app can be added with more features 2) The bill invoice will be generated after 24 hours, a prompt update would have been more helpful **What problems is Hathway solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) Reliable Internet Access with minimal downtime and improved network infrastructure 2) Higher Bandwith, that is allowing me to access and download data at a faster speed 3) Improvised customer service in addressing queries,technical issues and service related problems 4) Competitive pricing options that is attracting and retaining customers ### 2. I have never faced any issues with internet availability or speed. Streamiand content sharing are some of the essential aspects of their digital platform. **What do you dislike about Hathway?** I don't really like their customer service Sometimes. They are not available often for their customers and customers have to wait for huge amount of time to get their issues resolved. **Recommendations to others considering Hathway:** Hathway provides cable TV and Internet services. They have a huge network and their connectivity is also impressive. Customers don't usually run on problems but they're customer service isn't that effective. **What problems is Hathway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a cable television service provider. I have not even used 20 days more than the usage there was an error and to resolve it’s been taken 5 to 7 days **What do you like best about Hathway?** their teams are very convincing and plan also. **What do you dislike about Hathway?** The service is very poor. some time feels like why i have taken this service. **What problems is Hathway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Internet slowness issue and sometimes no service in complete Area. only plan is attractive that is the benefits. ### 9. They ignore the multiple requests I have made for DND and continue harassment. I have found loads of subscribers online who are also being harassed. Horrible connectivity, too. Stay far away from this company, don't even call to make inquiries because once they have your number, you're screwed. **What problems is Hathway solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 10. It only supports 2.4G **What problems is Hathway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me during the covid pandemic a lot. My work was never got affected due to the internet and I never got bored because of unlimited internet. ### 11.
