**What do you like best about Hatchways?**

Not all job position requires a Competitive Programming test. Hatchways solves this problem by making it easier to have a specific type of tests such as Backend/DevOps Engineering. It is easy to implement an existing or new tests. Hatchways also helps us review the code by integrating to Github with ease.

**What do you dislike about Hatchways?**

None really. A slight improvement would be a feature to separate candidates in the correct hiring session.

**What problems is Hatchways solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hatchways help solve the problem of giving out real world coding tests to job candidates.

So easy to add folks and get quick, helpful feedback on applicants. Tests are good and take an appropriate amount of time for candidates.

Nothing negative. Easy to use and deploy.
