TourPro Reviews & Product Details

TourPro is modern tour management software built for music industry professionals — tour managers, production managers, and road crews who need a single source of truth on the road. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, PDFs, group chats, and email threads, TourPro puts your entire tour in one live system: schedules, travel, hotels, guest lists, documents, team permissions, and day sheets — accessible from web, desktop, and mobile. Scheduling — See the full day in one place. Shows, travel, load-ins, sound checks, and notes live on one shared calendar with day, week, and month views. Drag and drop to reschedule. Import existing schedules in seconds. Travel & Hotels — Keep flights, hotels, and ground transportation tied to the right dates. AI-powered flight import reads confirmation emails and booking data so you don't have to type it in manually. Team & Permissions — Share the right information with the right people. Role-based access control lets you give artists, crew, vendors, and management exactly the visibility they need — nothing more. Guest Lists — Manage guest list requests, approvals, and capacity from the live tour record. No more spreadsheets passed back and forth. Documents & Day Sheets — Upload and share contracts, riders, advancing docs, and day sheets. Everyone on the tour sees the latest version. Travel Profiles — Crew members maintain their own passport, TSA PreCheck, frequent flier, and emergency contact info. Tour admins see it when they need it. TourPro is available on web, iOS, Android, and desktop. It's designed to replace tools like Master Tour and spreadsheet-based workflows with something faster, more collaborative, and built for how touring actually works today.
