Harbor also provides tools for scanning docker image vulnerabilities by alerting you when someone doesn't meet security standards. From Harbor the images are downloaded with secure access from the kubernetes instances to start the installations on the target environments. The Harbor tool securely manages a Docker image registry and adds a series of excellent features such as Docker image vulnerability scanning, management for storing Helm charts, and also synchronization in various modes to other Harbor installations like Docker registry.
