## About Spytec GPS
Spytec GPS is a straightforward, affordable GPS tracking solution for SMB and midmarket service fleets. Service pricing varies by device. Pulse OBD starts at $8.95 per device per month annually or $14.95 monthly; Pulse Wired and Pulse Engine Equipment start at $12.95 annually or $14.95 monthly; Atlas XL is $14.95 annually or $24.95 monthly; and the Pulse Vision AI Dash Cam is $33.33 per month equivalent, billed $399.95 annually, with no monthly option. Hardware is free, there are no contracts or activation and cancellation fees, and automatic volume discounts range from 5% to 25%. Spytec GPS is powered by the Hapn Platform, which customers use through web and mobile apps. Fleet teams can see live vehicle locations, review trip and location history, build geofences, and receive configurable alerts. Driver-safety tools help identify risky behaviors, while optional dash cameras add video context. Proactive maintenance workflows, vehicle diagnostics and DTC data, fuel data, and IFTA reporting help operators reduce downtime and control operating costs. The platform includes dozens of ready-made reports plus a custom report builder. Teams can connect fleet data to the rest of their operation through dozens of integrations, an open API, webhooks, and SSO. AI/LLM-powered fleet intelligence helps users explore operational data and turn it into faster answers and decisions. Spytec also helps service fleets communicate with customers. Businesses can share ETAs, provide a branded ETA page, support two-way customer communication, capture proof of service, and request reviews after a job is completed. These capabilities make Spytec especially useful for field service, delivery, home services, construction, landscaping, and other operations where knowing where vehicles are—and keeping customers informed—matters every day. Spytec is best suited to SMB and midmarket service fleets that want powerful fleet visibility without enterprise complexity. It is not intended for fleets that require ELD/HOS compliance.
