HandiQ Reviews & Product Details

HandiQ is a Dutch-language AI receptionist for service businesses and SMEs. Unlike a voicemail or a traditional answering service that only takes a message, HandiQ completes the task: it answers every incoming call — including evenings, weekends and holidays — understands what the caller needs, answers frequently asked questions, schedules the appointment in the right team member's calendar, and adds the customer and request to your own software. For urgent matters it transfers the call directly to you or a colleague. HandiQ speaks natural Dutch (and English), works with your existing phone number, and is live in about 15 minutes. Pricing starts at €99 per month, with no setup fees and monthly cancellation.
