The reporting capabilities are exceptional - we can track our citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI platforms all in one place, which saves us countless hours. The prompt monitoring feature lets us see exactly what queries trigger mentions of our product versus competitors, and the traffic estimation tools help us quantify the actual opportunity. The interface makes it easy to spot trends and export data for our weekly growth meetings. What do you dislike about Hall? Not much to complain about here. The platform delivers on what it promises, and the team has been great about shipping improvements. What problems is Hall solving and how is that benefiting you? We're a startup trying to crack the code on AI search as a distribution channel, and Hall gives us the data foundation we need. Before Hall, we had no idea if our SEO and content efforts were translating to AI visibility - now we can see exactly which topics we're showing up for, which competitors are dominating specific query types, and where the white space opportunities are. The reporting features let us track our progress week-over-week and tie our content strategy directly to measurable improvements in AI citations. This has helped us prioritize our limited resources on the content that actually drives visibility in AI results, turning what felt like a guessing game into a data-driven growth channel. As an agency, I love that I can add as many projects as I like, allowing me to use my credits flexibly. I also love the entity mapping, which allows for an additional layer of refinement for AI mentions tracking, especially for DTC brand tracking and/or for clients with multiple brand entities. Super easy to set up and as an every day tool. More importantly, though, the customer service has been incredible, as has the rollout of new features. AI visibility tracking is a new and rapidly evolving space and the guys at Hall are constantly pushing things forward. They've been super responsive to feature requests too. This all comes at a very reasonable price-point. It's a better tool than anything on offer by the big-name SEO platforms, yet it's considerably cheaper and more scalable/flexible. The only negatives I could level would be missing features which I know for a fact are on the roadmap for imminent release, and I could just as easily level those same criticisms at the major platforms which cost 6x more. Every AI visibility tracker is finding its groove, but having tried several, I can honestly say Hall is the one which is solving problems better than any other. It is a tool that is highly specialized in tracking AEO visibility. It provides very clear historical reports, it is easy to filter between different segments (e.g., URL citations vs. brand mentions), and it is adding many useful features as it goes along. I really like the tool and find it hard to identify anything I don't like about it. One thing I didn't like a few months ago was the inability to download data from certain reports as CSV files.
