The reporting capabilities are exceptional - we can track our citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI platforms all in one place, which saves us countless hours. The prompt monitoring feature lets us see exactly what queries trigger mentions of our product versus competitors, and the traffic estimation tools help us quantify the actual opportunity. The interface makes it easy to spot trends and export data for our weekly growth meetings. For the price, we're getting enterprise-level visibility into a channel that's still emerging but clearly important for our future.

As an agency, I love that I can add as many projects as I like, allowing me to use my credits flexibly. I also love the entity mapping, which allows for an additional layer of refinement for AI mentions tracking, especially for DTC brand tracking and/or for clients with multiple brand entities. AI visibility tracking is a new and rapidly evolving space and the guys at Hall are constantly pushing things forward. They've been super responsive to feature requests too. This all comes at a very reasonable price-point. It's a better tool than anything on offer by the big-name SEO platforms, yet it's considerably cheaper and more scalable/flexible.
