HailMate Reviews & Product Details

HailMate is a roofing CRM purpose-built for insurance restoration and storm-damage contractors — the crews chasing hail and wind jobs, not generic service work. It combines everything a restoration roofing company runs on into a single app that actually works in the field, including offline. Reps canvass storm-hit neighborhoods with GPS-logged door knocks and outcomes, pulling up built-in hail and storm maps to work the right streets. Jobs move through a purpose-built claims workflow, and HailMate's supplement engine and insurance-check tracking help teams recover the full value of every claim instead of leaving money on the table. Built-in text messaging keeps reps and homeowners in sync, while Hailey, HailMate's AI assistant, handles the busywork. Beyond the field, HailMate covers estimating, proposals, invoicing, material ordering, photo intelligence, and analytics — plus rep performance tracking and team leaderboards to keep sales teams accountable. What sets HailMate apart is pricing: one flat monthly price with no per-seat fees, no setup fees, and no per-report or hidden add-on charges — a deliberate break from the per-user, per-report pricing common across roofing CRMs.
