My users could not be more pleased with the improved quality and I could not be more pleased with their improved completion rate. And you've gotta love hearing this from the boss: "I've literally never done a security training that I could describe as remotely delightful. But this was! What a fun way to learn things. I could not recommend Haekka more!" **What do you dislike about Haekka?** This is a required field, but really i have nothing to add here. **What problems is Haekka solving and how is that benefiting you?** As head of compliance, i have to ensure that all of our employees complete security awareness training and, before Haekka, create and conduct that training. Haekka does all of this for me and the training is so very much better than what i was doing. ### 2. You can also easily create small ad-hoc training/acknowledgement modules to capture audit records that employees have acknowledged a policy or lesson. **What do you dislike about Haekka?** While it works great for our use case, if you do not trust your employees, the platform does not force them to watch the video. Some other platforms disable the "next" button until the user completes the video content. I could see some companies not being willing to accept that. **What problems is Haekka solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Haekka for our annual InfoSec Compliance training, advanced security training for engineers, and tracking acknowledgment of minor policies or changes. ### 4. I also like that the lessons are very easy to understand and straight to the point. **What do you dislike about Haekka?** When you answer questions on the quizzes, it's hard to tell if your own answers were right or wrong bc afterward it highlights all of the answers and indicates which ones are correct and incorrect. **What problems is Haekka solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've used Haekka for virtual employee onboarding since we do not work in person. This has helped our onboarding process go smoothly and is simplistic enough for all employee backgrounds. ### 6. Nothing is worse than requiring employees to sign up with yet another service when they start their jobs. Haekka was crazy easy to set up and has more than paid for itself. **What do you dislike about Haekka?** There are some improvements to reporting the completion of training that could be made, and in general, there may be a limit to how far a Slack app can go. **What problems is Haekka solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a healthcare company, it's crucial to train each employee early and often on core practical items concerning security, privacy, etc... Haekka has made this process painless but it hasn't come at the cost of quality training. ### 9. It is one less place that everyone needs to go and do their training so the experience has been seamless for our team. **What do you dislike about Haekka?** Our security training is split up by department so it would be great to have it automatically assign training to those in correct departments (based on google workspace settings). Currently, we have to go through a manual step of assigning the training which while is quick and easy ends up being an extra step for HR to do. **Recommendations to others considering Haekka:** N/A **What problems is Haekka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting the right people to do the right security training for SOC2/HIPAA ### 10. The automated reminders have eliminated wasted time chasing people down to complete their trainings.
