I’m using these tests as part of the screening process for selecting applicants for a bootcamp. **What do you dislike about HackerRank for Developers?** I don’t like that it isn’t clear how to create tests for applicants, and I also don’t like that there’s no reminder I can send to applicants. Plus, all the tests are technical; I would prefer having soft skills and English-level tests instead of needing to use different tools just to stick to one tool. I also didn’t find it easy to navigate the first time I used it. It set me up as a student by default without asking whether I’m a company, even though I’m using the platform to test and screen bootcamp applicants. They provide great insights into how we are using the platform and come ready with ideas on how to improve and get the best out of the platform and our package with them. What I really appreciate is, our account manager never assumes if she's unsure, but will make a note to check with the correct team and actually comes back to us without the need to ever chase. I look forward to my regular catchups with our account manager, she ever drops the ball and is great at following up and helping us keep on top of what we need to do. Every interaction I've had with a Hackerank staff member over the last few years has been really positive. Would recommend! **What do you dislike about HackerRank for Developers?** Changes to comms sent to candidates have to be manually updated test by test, however, I don't need to do this often or for many tests so can't complain. Would be great to be able to make changes to all or multiple test comms at one time.
