"Worst service I have ever used."

What do you like best about H&R Block?

They constantly missed deadlines. Miscalculated payroll. Could not run basic reports. Could not calculate year end taxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about H&R Block?

Worst customer service I have experienced. Would not answer phones or return calls. Cost me extra money in fines and fees. I had to spend lots of time correcting their mistakes and hiring a real CPA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
