From an attendee viewpoint, I like that Gythr seems focused on reducing the friction that can make conferences overwhelming. Having my ticket, personalized schedule, real-time updates, event information, and networking all accessible from one place and without needing to download another app makes it easier to focus on actually experiencing the event. My biggest dislike about Gythr? That I didn’t find out about it sooner 😂. I’ve attended and worked countless conferences and events where I’ve had to bounce between emails, screenshots, schedules, random apps, and LinkedIn just to navigate the experience and remember who I met. My second complaint is that more events aren’t using it yet. As someone who attends a lot of events, I’d love for this type of experience to become the norm rather than the exception. Gythr Makes event planning for conferences a seamless experience. From your first planning stage with your team to actual operations during the event, it makes the work all connected. Before Gythr, my team and I at Black Is Techs spent over $50,000 managing and connecting different event planning software - Team Management, Speaker management, Registration, Event App and more. I like Gythr's interface and how user-friendly the software is. I think everything is carefully thought through from the consumer perspective and on the back end with how data is shared and gathered. I use the CSR tool most to download everything, and I love how organized it is. It makes it easy for me to review data, improve experiences, and understand my demographic. I think Gythr can continue getting better at predicting what users and promoters will need. As it expands, thinking through different types of programs and data states could help improve the experience. What I like most about Gythr is how effortlessly it helps bring people together and create a more engaging experience. The platform feels intuitive, and it’s easy to connect, communicate, and participate without having to learn a complicated system first. I also appreciate that it seems built around the real experience of the people using it, rather than feeling like just another piece of technology to manage.
