What do you like best about GyrusAim?

Their excellent customer service team that includes a quarterly Customer Council meeting.

Easy to use and navigate for both the Admin team and our employees

Their support and training through the implemetation process which was done on time.

Integration with 3rd party training providers which allowed us to increase the training offering to our employees.

Ease at which we can onboard new employees and take them through the Induction process.

All our training is captured in one place, training that takes place within Gyrus and on-the-job or external training.

What do you dislike about GyrusAim?

Very few dislikes:

Could do with updating some of the reporting options - sometimes I have to run a number of reports to get all the data I need.

Would like additional Admin rights to manage employee entries

What do you like best about GyrusAim?

The simply dashboard design and the ability to create and track tasks. The customer support is outstanding and responsive to questions and issues.
