ClaimCenter provides a lot of customizable features that allow multiple lines of business to be handled in the same platform. It's helpful that it's widely used because new hires with prior experience are able to rapidly learn to use our instance of it. However, for inexperienced users, especially those coming from legacy systems, the learning curve can be steep. Also, since the ecosystem is large and growing, we've been able to implement new features quickly. Overall, it's a good system and most users across the spectrum like the features it provides. ClaimCenter is complex and should be customized carefully. Adjusters sometimes quickly get overwhelmed with 'Activity Patterns' so any newly created and automatically triggered patterns should be considered thoroughly. Also, one of the most frequent user complaints we get is that ClaimCenter does not allow a user to have multiple sessions open at the same time. Guidewire allows us to leverage world class claim technology tools to accelerate our claims transformation program. Providing solutions for various LOB's an decreasing time to market for new capabilities. Guidewire support teams are top tier when issues do arise, and we feel supported when we find gaps between our business needs and the Guidewide solution.
