Guidara is clinical supervision management software built specifically for licensed clinical supervisors and the organizations that employ them. Most supervisors manage supervision in spreadsheets, email, and paper forms. Hours live in one place, notes in another, signatures in a third, and nothing reconciles until a supervisee applies for licensure or a board requests records. Guidara replaces that with a single system built around how supervision actually works. The platform covers the full supervision relationship: structured meeting documentation, automated hour tracking with category breakdowns for direct, indirect, individual, and group hours, digital signatures on agreements and hour logs, supervision contracts, competency goal tracking, scheduling with calendar sync, invoicing, and board-ready PDF exports with a complete audit trail. Every meeting, signature, and logged hour feeds into an Electronic Supervision Record, a complete digital record of the entire supervision relationship rather than a folder of disconnected documents. When a board asks for documentation, the export already exists. Guidara serves solo supervisors in private practice, group practices managing supervision across multiple clinicians, and training programs that need visibility without micromanaging. It is not an EHR and does not try to be. It handles supervision, and it works alongside whatever practice management system is already in place.
