Guidara is clinical supervision management software built for the entire supervision relationship: the supervisor and the supervisee. Most supervisors are running that relationship across a number of different tools that were never built for clinical supervision. Hours tracked in a spreadsheet. Agreements emailed as PDFs. Signatures collected over Adobe Sign. Notes buried in an EHR designed for client records, not supervision. It works until it doesn't, and it usually doesn't when a supervisee is weeks out from a licensure application and the documentation is scattered everywhere. With Guidara, supervisors schedule meetings, track hours by category, write notes, assign forms, collect e-signatures on agreements and timesheets, and invoice for their time. Supervisees log hours, complete forms, sign documents, and track their progress toward licensure. Their records stay accessible after the supervision relationship ends, even years later when a board asks questions. When a supervisee applies for their license, the record is already built. Signed timesheets, categorized hours, supervision notes, agreements, all exportable as a board-ready PDF.
