That makes the application really stand out. The app allows the user to collaborate and get the best out of the offering. The platform is super reliable, they've been in the business for multiple decades **What do you dislike about GuestPoint?** My pet peeve when it comes to GuestPoint is that there are quite a fee formalities involved in getting the property listed. The amount of documentation and the ins and outs that go with it make it a bit of a challenge. However, these are for legal purposes, and need to be adhered to. **What problems is GuestPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** GuestPoint makes the administration , billing and management processes streamlined, to a point that you basically dont need staff at the property. I have been able to focus on improving the business and making developments on the property ever since I've started using GuestPoint. ### 4. But I thnk this log discussion gives good result. **What problems is GuestPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have so many hotels, but managing all data is very difficult for me. So the GuestPoint makes it easy and intuitive. In addition, the Daily Rollover modules allow me to reconcile and export my revenue information for upload to MYOB. ### 5. According to him, its price may be slightly down, and customer service can be improved. **What problems is GuestPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found PMS, Channel Management and a direct booking engine for one of my clients.
