Guestpass Reviews & Product Details

GuestPass replaces the paper gate logbook with a digital visitor management system built for real-world entrances. Guards check visitors in within 30 seconds capturing name, ID or plate, destination, and purpose while hosts get an instant notification and can approve, hold, or block from their phone. Every visit closes with a verified, time-stamped exit, so administrators always know who's actually on-site. The platform runs on standard Android phones and tablets, no proprietary kiosks or hardware required, and keeps working offline when connectivity drops, syncing automatically once it's back. Visitors can pre-register with a secure QR pass to skip the queue, and every record is searchable and exportable for audits and board reporting. For organizations that also manage security staff, Guardian Assist adds GPS clock-ins, NFC patrol checkpoints, hourly welfare checks, and incident reporting giving a single, accountable view of everyone on site, from the visitor at the gate to the guard on the far perimeter. GuestPass is used across offices, schools, residential estates, and multi-site organizations, with plans that scale from a single entrance to enterprise deployments across many locations.
