Visitors can pre-register with a secure QR pass to skip the queue, and every record is searchable and exportable for audits and board reporting. For organizations that also manage security staff, Guardian Assist adds GPS clock-ins, NFC patrol checkpoints, hourly welfare checks, and incident reporting giving a single, accountable view of everyone on site, from the visitor at the gate to the guard on the far perimeter.
