**What do you like best about GTWY?**

GTWY makes building and managing AI agents much simpler. The biggest help is that all integrations, retries, logs, and error handling are managed in one place. It saves a lot of development time and gives clear visibility into how agents behave in real scenarios. The platform is flexible, easy to integrate, and feels built for real production use, not just demos.

**What do you dislike about GTWY?**

Some configurations currently feel a bit internal and require guidance to understand initially.

**What problems is GTWY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GTWY solves the problem of unreliable AI agents in production by providing control, observability, and stability. It helps manage API failures, retries, and agent workflows in a structured way. This reduces debugging time, improves reliability, and allows teams to confidently deploy and scale AI agents without losing visibility or control.

The AI agent is very good, even though the service is free, it is very satisfying, especially the pro or custom service, which is very professional. It is easy to use, the number of features is also good, the support is also good and there are many more.

**What do you dislike about GTWY?**

Is it possible that the appearance is only black, if all the features are cool.

**What problems is GTWY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make a telegram bot, because I'm just learning.
