The app is easy to use and allows specifications needed. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** The only thing I don't like about GRUBHUB is how expensive it is to use but that is inherent to any online delivery/pickup service. Many options, at least in New York City. I also liked that it had a first time user discount so I was able to receive $12 off my first order. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** I didn't like that GrubHub didn't specify that the $12 off is after you make a purchase of $15 before taxes. It was a bit misleading. I'm not sure exactly how this works and what the actual numbers are, however, it is a disfavorable reputation for the company to have and I do order directly from the restaurant whenever possible to avoid them having to pay the fees. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most straightforward problem that I have solved with GurbHun is hunger. It is also nice that you can filter by pick-up or delivery, by type of food, by dietary restrictions, by delivery speed, and by a particular dish if you are looking for something in particular. I like that you get updates as your food is being prepared and when its on the way. It is also nice that they have listed top national picks, most popular near you, delicious deals, etc. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** I recently had an issue with grubhub in which my order was canceled unexpectedly for no reason after waiting for 1.5 hours for food in which the company first tried to blame the restaurant and then proceeded to take credit for the issue by reporting there was a "lack of communication with the driver". It made me hesitant to want to order using grubhub again - not knowing their reliability. **Recommendations to others considering GrubHub for Restaurants:** If the timing is over an hour do yourself a favor and call both the resturant and grubhub customer care service to figure out which end is having the issues. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes it is nice to order dinner out and it provides all the restaurant options locally, delivery time, and food type. It gives everything in list order and occasionally includes pictures of the dishes which can be very helpful. It provides a nice alternative to calling a restaurant given that they are often very busy and sometimes don't pick up. It is great to have everything written and easily viewable in front of you to know what is in the dishes. ### 33.
