If I'm nitpicking: AEO is a new category, so some of the metrics and terminology took our team time to internalize early on, though their team was patient walking us through it. We'd also love a self-serve dashboard to check visibility scores between monthly reports rather than waiting for the report cycle. Neither has affected results.
