If I hired freelancers on Upwork to do what they did in a given month, I expect it would cost 2-3x as much. Plus, I'd have to spend time vetting them, conducting interviews, sending over login information, and so on. I still use Upwork for specific projects, but Autogrow takes care of 80%+ of my hiring needs. **What do you dislike about Growbo?** On certain tasks, I feel like I have to hand-hold a little bit. But I also struggle with micro-management, and it's a super easy trade-off to get the work done for me. And Autogrow somehow loves getting my feedback, even though I give a ton of it. **Recommendations to others considering Growbo:** My biggest recommendation is to go in with a clear vision. I've wasted time by having them re-do tasks when my vision wasn't clear in the first place. Their strategist can help you with that, or you can try using a platform like Growthmentor to get even more help and perspective. **What problems is Growbo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a solo founder, I don't have the time or patience to do everything with my business, and that's where Autogrow comes in. If I'm too busy, don't want to do something, or can't do it as well as them, I'll simply create a project and delegate the task to them. It's incredibly helpful to have a fresh perspective, and take advantage of the various skillsets within the team. Here are some examples of how Autogrow has helped me: 1) I am not a graphic designer, and I needed a logo for a new website. I could have used an online logo tool, but instead, I got a super high-quality, custom logo from Autogrow. 2) I am not a web designer. Instead of creating a mediocre-looking website (and taking weeks to do it), I simply delegate it to Autogrow's web designer. 3) I often get stuck in my head regarding my business. The quality of work they output is great. There is a whole team assigned to every task that assures it meets expectations before it's delivered. Seeing the notes made by the Quality Assurance specialist on each of my tasks has shown me the level of care they put into each project you give them. There was a small issue with communication in my first week, but they provided excellent customer service to come up with a solution, and it's been a pleasant experience working with them. It's hard to find quality help at an affordable price and I found that in my team at AutoGrow. Would definitely recommend them to someone looking to hire help with the work load and marketing tasks needed to grow a business. They provide great advice to the creatives and makes it so I have to spend less time proofreading and going over projects myself.
