The easy "flip view" tab on each profile allows me to scan the page quickly and easily. Career Builder has allowed me to create quick and simple searches to find even the most niche skill set. **What do you dislike about Grove Consultants International Inc.?** The newer version isn't as easy to navigate as classic mode is. The newer version has you actually click in to the profile without staying on the results page, which makes the process longer. I wish the classic mode features remained the same. I have to throw in a search first in order to be able to switch it over to classic mode. **What problems is Grove Consultants International Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** The new version is harder to use because it takes longer to get into the profiles and the tab bar on the left isn't as user friendly. You can keep your searches broad or very narrow and I love that about it. I also like that you are able to specify how long ago a candidate updated their resume. Oftentimes I am recruiting for roles that have an extremely fast turnaround time so it's important for me to get people who are hot on the job market. **What do you dislike about Grove Consultants International Inc.?** I think sometimes it's hard to find super high level candidates on Career Builder. A lot of the time they show you a person who has a related skill to what you are looking for but it is not even in the realm of what you need. It is really hard to go through multiple pages of the same people. Also, there should be an easier forwarding page (for the resume) if the resume is not available to download.
