I've worked with Grooper for the last 3-4 years and is used every day to pull information from several different locations with ease. I am happy with what it has done to keep us efficient in a diminishing workforce environment. When trained right, Grooper can do a lot of the heavy lifting and get documents to in cold storage with points of validations that ensures it's getting to the right spot. There is a learning curve, as with any software, that is pretty step and the way to extract or process data through its data models isn't always intuitive, but with a talented enough architect, you can pull any information. I do not care that they paywall training for a software which is invaluable and necessary for new users. Grooper is a subscription-based model where you pay for access to the cloud-based system, which I am never a fan of. I prefer the thick-client program. but these are the times we live in.
