grimDMARC Reviews & Product Details

grimDMARC is an email authentication management platform that handles DMARC, SPF, BIMI, and MTA-STS policies across multiple domains from a centralized dashboard. The software eliminates the need for repeated DNS panel access by allowing policy changes through a single interface. Hosted DMARC services facilitate transitions from monitoring to enforcement without requiring DNS provider involvement. Hosted SPF prevents DNS query overload. BIMI functionality verifies and publishes compliant logos after DMARC readiness, while MTA-STS hosting synchronizes transport security settings. The platform includes domain scanners and record-building utilities for SPF, DMARC, and BIMI. Automation stages policy rollouts from monitoring to full enforcement in 60 days while monitoring reports throughout the process. The software supports hierarchical management and bulk onboarding via CSV. grimDMARC operates on GDPR-compliant EU servers with ISO 27001 aligned.
