And the option of creative live reports and sharing them with our clients in a secure way makes our clients feel we are more professional in our approach. The drag and drop interface makes the report creation in a few seconds and it is an added advantage. **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** It would be nice to see more metrics to include in the reports, especially the Facebook ads reports. **What problems is GreyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to save 5 hours per week by simplifying the report building for my clients. And I see the productivity of my employees increases with this tool. Also, my clients are happy to get a bird view of their campaigns without depending on us every time they want to check the performance of their campaigns. In the past I have had to pore over spreadsheets and various analytics type accounts, trying to figure out how to best export data and then how to display it along side other data in the spreadsheet. GreyMetrics pulls in all the data I could ever want from every tool and service I have ever used. Fantastic! **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** The only issue I came across is in pulling data from Google My Business for a client with multiple locations. Apparently each client can only be connected to a single GMB location. **Recommendations to others considering GreyMetrics:** Take the plunge You will not regret it! **What problems is GreyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create and save report templates for multiple clients or types of clients which pull in whatever data I need. Their dashboard is easy to use and the customizable reports are nice. Live dashboard with all the integrations in one place/link is golden. I love the live dashboard feature because my clients will be able to jump in and view their analytical data without having to get in touch for a report or status update for any campaign we start that uses different tools such as facebook, instagram and ecommerce or paid ads. I currently send reports manually because I use multiple platforms to generate specific reports and then combine them with a white label software. GreyMetrics is doing all of that in one go. The support is awesome as well. I've had a couple issues that were resolved in a few hours. What I'd like to see is a Single Sign On (SSO) solution or API to integrate into our client dashboard to keep everything centralized to our brand. The white label client portal (subdomain) is good for now but having our clients log in twice is going to become tedious. Can't wait to see the upcoming features! **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** So far there isn't much other than a couple bugs I've ran into but GreyMetrics has taken note of them and have seen very fast responses. **Recommendations to others considering GreyMetrics:** If you're considering GreyMetrics, go for it! Don't wait. There are many integrations and different types of reports you can generate. You'll even find insights to your metrics you didn't know you needed to know. **What problems is GreyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralized reporting platform with live reports. Live reports is going to save me a lot of time and headache. For the clients who want an emailed static report, I can schedule reports to go out weekly or monthly. It's the time saved that I am most happy about. ### 4. Live reports are great tool Highly recommended for Agencies that is looking for a very professional reporting system that automate delivery to its clients. **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** March 2020 is still on a develop stage, there are many performance metrics that are not into the platform. and specifically for Facebook Ads there are just a few metrics related to performance and convertions to select to reports. Reports and dashboards has different metrics to select and can't allow to combine them into one single report to see an overall there are divided on separate reports and this is not very usefull. Some graphics are not available on dashboards and other not available in reports, quit weird Finally the UX could be improved cause the arragement of widgets to build a report sometimes is quiet difficult to match spaces between them and takes more time to build a nice one where all widgets and graphics looks fine togheter. Everytime I go inside a report and save a change it generates a copy and I have to make an extra step to delete the old one. Also Would be great to create custom metrics to calculate fieds based on existing metrics. Currently there are set fields but no option to add more custom fields. If that can be sorted it will add more value. It currently doesn't have all the features from Agency Analytics, but it sure provides customisation not seen in many reporting tools for agencies. It provides a simple login for your own clients to visualise reports from all their advertising channels. Many other reporting tools don't have this feature, or if they do, it's quite expensive and rigid in terms of customisation of the dashboard. They're open to constructive criticism and fix bugs or issues very quickly after I've reported issues. There's a lot in the pipeline going forward with many features being developed. This includes: * White label domain * Keyword rankings * Hopefully an SEO audit tool to compete with Agency Analytics * Live reports * Editing all widgets as a metric or graph style * Many other digital platform integrations **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** Because it's still a relatively new product, it doesn't produce all the features it's competitors such as Agency Analytics & Reportz provide. BUT, I'm sure it will be a very different story 6-12 months from now. They're taking a lot of feedback from early adopters and can see this being a powerhouse product very soon. **Recommendations to others considering GreyMetrics:** Give it a go and get in touch with their support if something isn't currently in their features. We envisioned our clients to be able to log-in easily, and see their metrics simply. We looked around and nothing was either high enough quality, or was too expensive. Then we came across GreyMetrics. Their reports and dashboards look like an enterprise type solution, but for not an enterprise price tag. And we love great quality, for great value! Our clients are loving how easy it is for them to find data about their campaigns, and give out customer success managers a lot data to talk to our customers about their return on investment. **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** It's a relatively new software, so there is a bug here or there, but I don't dislike that.
