What do you like best about Greater Giving?

The interface and design options for fundraising events are amazing through Greater Giving. I call it a Cadillac when talking about it to others. Though it might seem hard to learn how to customize it, the customer service department is top notch and always answer questions thoroughly and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Event website builder is janky and looks unprofessional. The groups/table assignment capability is way more complicated than needed. I had to ask a lot of questions of the help center for simple tasks. Ultimately, I hired a consultant with Greater GIving experience to help with my event because it was not simple to use.
