Graysync Reviews & Product Details

Graysync is an agency management platform that lets agencies run their whole operation from one system, from the first brief to the balance sheet. It is built for creative, digital, social, media, PR and event agencies, in-house marketing teams and professional services firms. Many agencies juggle a project tool, finance spreadsheets, a CRM and email chains for client approvals. That makes it hard to see whether a job is profitable until it is finished. Graysync replaces that patchwork with one workspace where projects, people, money and client feedback stay connected. Project management: plan jobs, tasks, timelines and progress across every client. Resource management: see team availability and capacity before taking on new work, and plan who works on what across projects. Financial management: track budgets, expenses, invoices, payments and project profitability, so the numbers sit right next to the work. Client collaboration: collect briefs, feedback and approvals through a client portal with shared files, comments and calendars, including social content calendars. Business intelligence: dashboards and reports on agency performance and profitability. Gracie AI: a built-in AI assistant that automates repetitive admin steps. Integrations: Graysync connects with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, so finance, CRM, communication and productivity tools stay in sync. General work-management tools focus on tasks. Graysync combines project delivery with agency finance, so budgets, invoicing and profitability sit next to the work, giving agency owners, operations leads and finance teams one source of truth. Graysync is priced by plan and number of users across four tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise), with a free trial available.
