I like how user-friendly Gravity Forms are. There are other form plugins but to be honest they are annoying to set up. With Gravity Forms, I find it an easy and quick process to set up many forms. I also like the various features that you can add to your forms. The PayPal option for example has been very useful when setting up forms that require a payment. Gravity Forms has been our go-to form plugin for WordPress for a few years now. It has plenty of pre-built integrations, a cost-effective price plan, and is easily extendible if there is not a current add-on. Great customer support, and great community behind the program. There isn't really much to dislike about Gravity Forms. Prior to the big 2.5 release, the biggest problem with the plugin was user experience in the interface. It was out-dated, clunky, and just a mess to work with. The GF team has improved this to meet (probably exceed) the interfaces of the other leading email form plugins.
