With their data protection compliant Data Protection Management System (DSMS), we were able to significantly improve our processes. The software is very user-friendly and easy to use – really pleasant in everyday life! The introduction of the DSMS was completely straightforward and has allowed us to digitize and significantly simplify our entire data protection process. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend GRASP. The always available customer service is very friendly and competent and has already supported us in many areas. We use GRASP daily to manage our data protection processes. It is very practical and helpful. The integration was uncomplicated and seamless. **What do you dislike about GRASP German GRC?** In our opinion, there are no points where we can see room for improvement. **What problems is GRASP German GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The association used to maintain directories of processing activities as well as Technical-Organizational Measures (TOM) and process-related documents in paper form. This required significant financial and personnel resources and led to an unnecessarily high administrative burden. Since the implementation of the data protection management system, fulfilling data protection requirements has become significantly easier and more straightforward. Only a few paper-based documents are used now, as all relevant documents are now stored digitally and securely in compliance with data protection regulations. ### 2. Rapid further development of the already extensive range of functions. Intuitive interface with in-app guides and AI assistant. Low-threshold access to complex topics for non-specialists, such as management. Strong, personal contacts who always give you the feeling that they are looking for a quick and pragmatic solution to challenges. Fast implementation and realisation. Very good price-performance ratio. **What do you dislike about GRASP German GRC?** Licences cannot be extended directly from the software, but only in the classic sales process. The ESG module has been announced for mid 2025 and we would like to have it immediately. On-premise installation is relatively expensive but it is reasonable for a native SaaS product. **What problems is GRASP German GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** GRASP links all key GRC areas, i.e. data protection, information security management, business continuity management and audit management. Each area can be utilised very well on its own, but it is precisely in combination that we ensure our compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Successful compliance in a company requires the ongoing cooperation of many people within the organisation. For most, this just means extra work. The company shows a great interest in customer satisfaction and holds high standards for its own work. This standard is particularly noticeable at the development level, as the developers, for example, are very accessible and motivated. The application itself is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. Through a customizable rights and roles management, users only see the functions intended for them and can thus apply GRASP directly without extensive training. **What do you dislike about GRASP German GRC?** In the configuration of the application, we encountered some technical difficulties. However, this is a specific problem because our requirements are very individual and heterogeneous.
