Grantbot Reviews & Product Details

Grantbot is an AI-powered grant writing assistant designed to streamline the process of preparing grant applications for Polish non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and companies seeking European Union funding. By integrating artificial intelligence with a comprehensive database of Polish and European grant programs, Grantbot enables users to focus on their mission rather than the complexities of grant writing. The platform operates through a straightforward three-step process. First, users create a profile for their organization, providing essential information such as mission, areas of activity, target groups, and region. This profile is stored and can be updated at any time, ensuring that each grant application is tailored to the organization's specifics. Next, users can either select a grant from Grantbot's extensive database, which includes programs like ESF+, FIO, Erasmus+, and private foundations, or input a link to a specific grant announcement. The AI analyzes the requirements and assesses the organization's compatibility with the grant's criteria. In the final step, Grantbot generates a complete draft of the grant application within minutes. This draft encompasses all necessary sections, including project description, objectives, schedule, budget, and justification. Users can edit the draft using the built-in editor and export the final document in DOCX format. Key features of Grantbot include a database of grant programs with ready-made templates for various funding sources, compliance assessment where the AI reviews the application for adherence to grant requirements, a calendar to track application deadlines with email reminders, and team collaboration capabilities allowing multiple users to work on applications simultaneously. Additionally, the platform ensures data security by encrypting user information and storing it on servers within the EU, in compliance with GDPR regulations. Grantbot also offers a CRM system tailored for NGOs and companies, enabling users to monitor the status of grant applications, upcoming deadlines, and project progress in a centralized dashboard. This system is particularly beneficial for organizations managing multiple grant applications, providing a clear overview of all ongoing projects. The platform supports various grant programs, including Erasmus+, NOWEFIO/FIO, ESF+/EU Funds, Horizon Europe, PFRON/Senior+/ASOS, and Norwegian Funds/LIFE. The AI is familiar with the requirements of each program, including sections, word limits, and evaluation criteria, ensuring that applications meet the specific standards of each funding body. In summary, Grantbot simplifies the grant application process by leveraging AI to generate professional applications quickly, allowing organizations to dedicate more time to their core activities. Its comprehensive features, including a vast database of grant programs, compliance checks, deadline tracking, and team collaboration tools, make it a valuable resource for NGOs and companies seeking funding in Poland and the European Union.
