Honestly, the pricing. While I do use it and have it constantly on. When renewal comes up, I am always looking for a discount. If they could stop making customers who want to use their service have to do a run and offer a discount up front, it would be a welcome gesture to their users. I like that I can easily integrate it into different apps that I use, like Google applications, iMessages, and Photo Mechanic, without having to switch between them. I like how Grammarly is available on all my devices like my iPad, phone, computer, and even my work computer. It's just helpful whenever I'm writing. The automatic spell check and grammar check are what I got it for originally, and now with the added AI feature, it helps me compose things I want to say but don't have the words for, which is even better. Setting it up was very easy across all my devices, from my Mac to my iPad, my iPhone, and even my Windows computer at work.
