grafena. Reviews & Product Details

grafena. helps Polish small and mid-sized businesses build shift schedules without spreadsheets. Managers paint a month's schedule with a brush or fill it from ready-made rotation patterns, including 12-hour systems, and the app checks every change against the Polish Labour Code: daily and weekly rest, working-time norms for the settlement period, overtime and public holidays. Each problem points to the exact cell. Schedules save automatically; a finished one is published and shared with employees through a read-only link, printed to PDF, exported to Excel/CSV or added to calendars via iCal, and there is an API for integrations. Built for retail, restaurants, hotels, security, care homes, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing. Free plan for up to 5 employees; paid plans from 23 PLN per month (Team, up to 15 employees) and 59 PLN per month (Full, unlimited).
